JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:

Commissioning activities for CFBC boiler

Shift operations, maintenance activities and preparing DGR.

Boiler & turbine Desk (DCS) operation.

Trouble Shooting of Operation and mechanical Problems.

To operate and control the total power plant as per the guideline and as per the standard operating practices from control room also from field.

To follow the safety regulations and confirm all the safety norms while operating the power plant.

Handling of Blackout, Island mode, Cold start up, warm start up, normal operation, emergency & safe shutdown of unit.

Initial startup & lighting up of AFBC Boiler, CFBC Boiler, WHR Boiler and HRSG Boiler.

Knowledge of boiler mountings, accessories and safety devices.

Cold startup & warm startup of Turbine.

Control and maintain auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans, compressors, condenser, feed water pumps, filters, fuel, lubricants, air, and auxiliary power.

Adjust controls to generate specified electrical power or to regulate the flow of power between generating stations and substations.

Knowledge on interlocks & tripping of CHP, AHP and DM plant.
