Conducted phone ESL classes to Korean and Japanese students of various ages focusing on speaking, listening, and reading, providing feedback every after class. The feedback was divided into 4 sections; Grammar corrections, Pronunciation, Vocabulary, and Additional comments.
All students from various ages are enrolled from 1 month to 1 year contract of classes. Classes are divided into three categories; Regular, Bonus and Make-up classes.
Decided on and produced lesson materials based on student’s learning needs and interests.
Prepared and provided ‘Comprehension and Level-Up tests and Monthly student Evaluation’ to monitor and grade their learning progress. The evaluation was divided into 5 sections; Fluency, Comprehension/Listening, Communication, Grammar, and Pronunciation.
Taught for an average of 11 hours a day. Students were from the Elementary to working class with their correspondent English level varying from Low Beginner to Advanced English Learners.
Reason for leaving: I learned a lot from the job but because of the difficult and stressful work schedule, I want to expand my horizons in teaching Korean students through a flexible time.
