Upon starting my work with real property closings I completed a training course at New York University to conduct title closings. In recent years as a title closer with Kensington Vanguard National Land Services I have cleared title by marking up title with omits and exceptions, collected payments for open taxes and lien, ordered endorsements, examining proposed conveyance documents and working closely with the title processors, attorneys and lenders.

I started performing acknowledgment closings as a notary singing agent after the 911 World Trade tragedy. At that time the Federal Reserves lowered the interest rates to stimulate trade and many people were refinancing to lower their rates. Since then I have performed over 2,000 closings for major lenders, title companies, law firms and the Small Business Administration. I am presently taking an Abstracting course with the American Land Title Association and I look forward to expanding my title knowledge.
