Project Description:

The Mobile Warranty System is a web-based warranty application, used to manage the mobile policies (Managing the components like client, plan, program, and certificate) and claims management and interacting with the external systems like Real Time Logistic provider (RLP). MWS has different portals based on the role (Warranty Component Manager, Advisor, Supervisor etc.,) and customers will be provided an option to file a claim against the certificate by accessing Customer Portal. Mobile warranty will provide the services/functions to integrate with the RLP systems and Customer Portal.

Key Challenges:

Quick understanding of the application functionality and providing maximum quality

Designing & writing test cases for testing the application and Scheduled execution

Testing the application in different environment and managing the test cases & bugs in JIRA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Involved in Designing & writing test cases for testing the application.

Responsible for test case execution in manual execution method

Bug reporting and tracking in JIRA tool.

Testing the application in different browsers.

Review of test scripts and generating the traceability matrix.

Executing the designed test cases.

Preparation of defect report.
