Lead for FEED activities. Handled team of 5 Process Engineers.

Preparation of Design Basis, Basic Engineering Design Data (BEDD), Basic Design Requirement (BDR), Utility Flow Diagrams, PFD, P&ID, and Support for cost estimation.

Planning and Scheduling of project activities.

2.Qatar Fuel Additives Company (QAFAC) :

Review of P&IDs, PFDs and Flowplan, Pump and Hydraulic calculations, HAZOP, Calculations for distillation columns and heat exchanger using PRO-II, HTRI, and preparation of operating manuals.

3.Brunei Methanol Company (BMC) :

After commissioning support, troubleshooting of operational issues, involvement in Comprehensive Preventive Assessment Service (CPAS) workshops.

4.Myanmar Petroleum Enterprises (MPE) :

Rehabilitation of Coker Unit, site survey, preparation of feasibility report, detailed inspection of equipment like NDTs, metallurgical study, thickness measurements.

4.Sr. Application Engineer (OTS)

Honeywell Automation India Ltd. (November 2008 – November 2011)

Responsibilities: -

Development of Operator Training Simulator (OTS) and Dynamic simulation using UniSim Design.

Worked on Honeywell EPKS DCS system translation as well as third party DCS translation.

Involved in various phases of projects such as Model Acceptance Test (MAT), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), guarantee period visits, annual maintenance contract (AMC) visits and after SAT support.

1.S Oil South Korea – Engineering study for oil blending automation. Study included designing of booster pump and its trip logic. Designing of pressure controller.

2.Oman Gas Company – Simulation of booster compressor stations based on isometrics of pipeline network.

Reliance Industries Ltd., (RIL) (August 2006 – October 2008)

Responsibilities: -

Manufacturing of Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycol of Scientific Design Technology

Preparation of HAZOP, P&ID for all Field Change Orders (FCOs)

Carrying out material balance and energy balance, line sizing, pump calculations.
