Prescreen homeless applicants to ensure eligibility for Permanent Supportive Housing Program; conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client’s needs for supportive services; assist clients with successful transition from homelessness to integrated living in housing and the community; facilitate life skills, mental health, and substance abuse recovery groups to support clients with sustainable skills development; develop individualized Service Plans; and conduct conflict resolution training to enable clients to effectively manage problems and conflicts.

ABC Behavioral Health- Recovery Specialist 2007- 2010
