Over 5 years in CNC machine operation specializing in Milling, Laser burn, and some lathe experience. Proven accomplishment in mill operation, blueprinting interpretation, inspection of production processes and quality control. Excellent communication skills and task orientation. Additional experience in applying shop mathematics, analysis of metal properties and machining procedure.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Geodynamics • Millsap, TX (September 2016 – April 2017) Hem Saw Operator/Material Handler- Operated saw equipment by applying principles involved in production of raw materials for CNC production. Daily Periodic maintenance, and troubleshooting of machine.

New Tech Systems Inc • Mansfield, TX (September 2014 - November 2015) CNC Mill and Lathe Operator- Managed CNC Mill (Hass Controls) in manufacturing different parts for pipe testing equipment used in the oil fields. Applied varies principles involved in production of the materials aluminum, steel, and stainless steel according to quality control specifications. Maintained CNC Mill by entering instructions, including zero reference point; setting tools, offsets, and calculating requirements.

Wrico Stamping Company • Grapevine, TX (March 2012 - November 2013) CNC Laser Machine Operator-Operated CNC Laser (Mazak Controls) in the production of parts having knowledge of nitrogen and oxygen processes in managing laser gases. Maintained specifications by observing laser burning and etching techniques which includes laser beam alignment and troubleshooting processes.

Parker Hannifin Corporation • Fort Worth, TX (April 2008-April 2009) Tube Bending/Saw Operator- Developed part layout work from blueprint training from Heidelberg which includes engineering drawing and geometric dimension and tolerance (GD&T). Utilized saw machine with saw fixtures to cut material to print specification. Analyzed parts using Computer Icon system to inspect parts for correct tolerances.

Sandvik Mining & Construction • Mansfield, TX (July1998- March 2003) Quality Assurance/Machine Operator/- Maintained CNC Drill by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool offsets and Calculating requirements, including basic math shop techniques and proving part programs. Managed NC Boring Mill (Fanuc Controls) by maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting malfunctions.
