Assisted Channels Platino, project is to migrate the Platino application under the Rainbow Implementation, so that the application is available globally across various Citibank branches.

China has a highly complex and challenging local regulatory reporting environment. China banking regulatory Committee (CBRC) announced the standards for regulatory reporting quality management in 2011.To fulfill all the required mandates Citibank China Co., ltd ("CCCL"), planned to launch China Regulatory Reporting Automation Project ("China LRR Project"). It covered analysis of local regulatory reports and automation of around 200 reports.
Understanding the end to end requirements from the business users and translating the same in technical terms to the technical team.

Worked with Banamex, Mexico in the project ‘Sales Station’. ‘Sales Station’ is a performance and Incentives management tool. It sets goals for the bank executives and tracks performance, based on which incentives are provided to the executives. Worked very closely with the business to understand the rules for incentive payments and passed the information to the development team and made sure that incentives are calculated correctly, in accordance with the requirements.

Client Travelport (Gurgaon, India) Business Analyst
CCH (Cendant Content Hub) is a server based application that provides aggregated availability and pricing data from multiple Low-Cost Carriers across Europe, Asia and Australia. Multiple client applications interface with the CCH product using XML over HTTP. CCH accomplishes this by using screen scrapping.
Daily monitored the Custom Fares application and then verified the results in the carrier website using the same set of data. Altered the test data weekly for efficient testing.
Incorporated necessary changes to the CCH application, depending on any changes in the LCC (Low Cost Carrier) website
