Manufacturing floor operations were connected via PLC’s to database to allow Analytical work to be done on performance as well as to assist in troubleshooting.
AI work was being developed to transform part creation/Formulas and to eliminate human decisions in BOMS.
Managed and directed application/development team and helped set direction on areas to be developed and setting milestones. This included web applications, in-house built systems and off the shelf ERP systems.
Enhanced usage of SAAS and off-site storage to eliminate risk and to ensure secure and safe platforms.
Budget / Capital responsibility across company to define spend to ensure stability/growth including security for IT/IS platforms were accounted for.

Support of personal computer hardware/software across the North American facilities, Campus infrastructure design and support. Overseeing the 5700 computers across 14 locations,10 direct reports strategical placed across sites.
Budget responsibility: 7 million.
Planned and supported implementation for SAP/R3 Manufacturing installations across our numerous North American Facilities. Main liaison with plants and corporate office.
Directed support for Engineering in the AutoCAD environment, Catia licenses and servers, ECN, Version control.
Developed rollout plan for mobile communication in the convergence device arena.
