– Medimpact – Client Data Analyst 08/17 – Present
Working with the Client Technical Solutions department to assist in the creation of various reports, file conversions, SQL queries, and database management. Report creation and SQL queries through Oracle database with both ad-hoc and customized preset queries. Database management and file metadata analysis carries out through Unix interface. Creation and improvement numerous automation tools, file conversion processes, and various training materials using VBA and other Microsoft products. Project supervision of custom client website usage and access as well as IT department ran reports through several CRM programs.
– Encore Capital Group – Data Analyst 01/16 – 07/17 Analyst work primarily with the Consumer Support Services to manage SAS datasets and develop analyst reports. Technology used was typically SAS, Salesforce, and VBA. Reports ranged from internal business analysis and evaluation, to communication of progress to outside clients and firms. Close work with fellow analyst team to develop programs as well as review the business effects and outcomes. Assignments could range from concept to completion projects to ad-hoc requests.
– ARS National Services – Client Reporting Supervisor 02/15 – 01/16 Managed a team of Client Reporting Analysts to evaluate and report complaints directly to clients. While assisting with the analysis, I developed and managed several different reports reviewing areas for risk management and profit potential. Through the use of Visual Basic programming to create office efficiency tools and optimization techniques, I was able to drop overtime spending by 96%.
– Bridgepoint Education – Student Inquiry Coordinator 07/10 – 01/15 Initial duties included proactively contacting prospective students to meet service levels and performance indicators, as well as assist with policy and procedure improvements to greater efficiency and enhancement of the student experience. Additional duties included development of software tools and databases for the tracking of employee work utilization and productivity, with the goal of business intelligence reports and dashboards for senior management in the direction, planning, and optimization of the departments.
