The Project is Constructed laying of overlay of the Nellore Bypass reach from km 165+183 to Km 182+349 on NH-5 in the state of A.P. Total cost of the project is 570 cores.

Task Performed

Conducting Mix Designs for DBM & BC.

Calibration of Laboratory equipments & Plants. (Hot Mix Plant).

Carried out the pavement Roughness test by bump Integrator Machine.

Getting approval for Material sources & coordinating with the Consultant Engineer’s.

Maintain records of tests on materials and completed works

Assess and check all tests and carryout independent tests.

Review Quality control testing of all materials works are as per the technical specifications.

Preparing the monthly progress report of laboratory and checking the quantity of materials which are taken for the mobilization advance.

The Project is Construction and strengthening of existing two-lane carriageway to four lane divided carriageway from km 367+000 to Km 407+000 including Bypasses, section of NH-7 in the state of A.P. Total cost of the project is 570 cores. A total length of 44 Km. consists of 3 bypasses, 1ROB, 5 minor Bridges & 153 Culverts, drains and service duct, retaining walls and Service roads etc.

Task Performed

Testing of all materials (Soil, Cement, Aggregate, Bitumen and CRMB) with reference to I.S Codes.

Conducting Mix Designs for GSB, WMM, BM, SDBC, DBM, BC etc.

Calibration of Laboratory equipments & Plants. (WMM Plant, Batching Plant, Hot Mix Plant etc).
