Worked as a senior Instructional Designer for Hurix solutions Pvt.Ltd. which is now associated with HCL info systems. Where I will be converting textual content into digital. As a senior instruction designer I will be authoring story boards by inputting the visuals and co-coordinating with Graphic Designers and Production team until the nugget / an educational video reaches the stake holders. Content writing/Team leading
a)Modified the Connecticut State’s curriculum embedded tasks as to allow students of all ability levels to succeed, and to feel comfortable performing. (These embedded tasks are experiences that all students will be tested on in the Connecticut Academic Performance Test, a required exam for all tenth grade students in the state’s public schools.)
b)Lead the Science data team, devised common formative assessments and determined skill set remediation needed for all Basic Science students, analyzed data that will lead to instructional shifts, to be implemented during the next school years.
c)At the district level, as a part of the curriculum revision project for Basic Science created a pool of questions that are currently being used to produce district wide midterm and final exams.
d)Prepared Chemistry study material for grade 10-12 students which helped the students in building confidence to face the competitive exams.
