Provide executive-level leadership with full P&L accountability for Organizational Development, Business Development, and Operations for a global provider of reverse logistics with $100M in revenue and 1,100 employees.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (2015 to Present)

Tasked with oversight of 550 Lenovo Broker Program Remanufacturing Project staff and oversee all business development within mobility and manufacturing. Reputation for demonstrated results, including generating $30M in annual revenue from the Lenovo Broker Program, directing the redesign of the entire Mexicali mobility and repair transactional shop floor system, gaining R2/OSHAS18001 certification for the Mexicali facility, and spearheading a pilot program for partnership with Asurion business.
