Developed and revised SOP's to ensure the best operating practices were utilized throughout the production process and compliance to standards were maintained resulting in improved customer satisfaction.
Developed and implemented a defect tracking system utilizing MSAccess with multi-level security to capture non-conformance trends & costs for analysis.
Designed a Cost of Quality system, now being used globally, to capture non-conformance and conformance costs for analysis of impact to bottom-line budget performance and plant goals.
Analyzed non-conformance trends and costs to build corrective/preventive action plans to decrease frequency and cost of non-conformances.
Developed and implemented a New Hire Training Program to ensure consistent quality performance throughout the plant. This program along with my Quality Action Teams assisted in decreasing quality costs by over $90,000 in the first 3 quarters of FY01 and decreased customer complaints by 76%.
