Agile Project Manager, Finance Information Services (2017-Present)

Led the creation of the Data Availability, Reporting, Planning, and Analytics (DARPA) program. Strategized and implemented the conception, charter, mission, vision, and operating model, built an Agile Scrum Project Team, and established a Data Council functioning as the Management Review Committee.
