Description of Project: Conversion and Integration
The overall purpose of this project is to create a platform to help reduce time to market, increase productivity, reduce operating costs, and build a solid foundation for growth by replacing the current Lotus Notes Item Entry system with a new Product Data Master (PDM) system. In addition, improve visibility and ease of offering products across multiple concepts by creating a single repository which houses “enterprise” product data, which is fed to JDA and other downstream systems.
●Project Manager for directly managing 30 resources and project execution (Scope management, weekly status communication, project plan, forecast and budget management, risk management etc.) of technology projects with a budget of $7M per year.
●Coordinated with PMOs, Corporate QA team, Internal QAs and Business owners at various stage of the project to ensure quality of the product & service is never compromised due to constraints of time and cost.
