Pune Municipal Corporation Water Treatment Project at Parvati, Mundhwa and Chakan, Pune.

Successfully completed the construction of jack well at Khadakwasala Jack Well, Raw Water Pumping Station (1050 MLD), Pumping Main from Khadakwasala dam to Parvati Water Works and cantonment water works of MS pipe of 2500 mm dia. of 20 km. Pumping Station shall be designed for of 08 No’s (6W+2S), 450 kW, 3.3 KV motors followed By 5 Years O&M (Project cost – Rs. 229 crore).

Position Held: Electrical Engineer

Activities Performed: Responsible for approving contractor’s drawings, supervision & erection & commissioning of all electrical substation & PLC / SCADA works. Electrical components include 22/3.3KV 4 MVA, Power Transformers 8 No’s of 450KW motors, Circuit breakers, cables, capacitors, relays etc.

Successfully completed the construction of jack well at Mundhwa jack well Recycle system at Mundhwa- Kharadi Bund including Jack Well, pumping station (1025 MLD), Rising Main MS Pipe of 2700 mm dia. of 4.5 km & Allied Works Pumping station shall be designed for of 08No’s (6W+2S), 600kW, 3.3 kV motors followed By 5 Years O&M (Project cost _Rs.70 crore).

Position Held: Electrical Engineer

Activities Performed: Involved in Data collection, site visit, assisting in Preparation of Inception Report, Feasibility Study, Design and detailed engineering, Preparation of Tender Document & Appraisal of tender & Award of Contract, Project Management during construction supervision Control for electrical components includes 22/3.3 kV, 4 MVA, 2.5 MVA transformer 8 Nos. of 600 KW motors, Circuit breakers, cables, capacitors, relays etc.

Successfully completed the construction of jack well a Wadgaon Raw Water Pumping Station (250 MLD), Pumping main from Wadgaon Raw Pumping Station to Wadgaon Water Treatment Plant. Pumping Station shall be designed for of 06 No’s (4W+2S), 550kW, 3.3 kV motors followed By 5 Years O&M (Project cost Rs.32.58 crore).

Bhama Askhed Water Works:- 200 MLD New Water Treatment Plant Constructing, Erecting, Testing, & Commissioning of Conventional Water Treatment Plant of 200 MLD Output capacity, Recirculation Sump and Pump House, Sludge Sump, Pump House and Centrifuge House, SCADA System, Miscellaneous works and Power Connection to WTP followed By 5 Years O&M of all Works for Bhama Askhed Water Supply Scheme”( Cost of Project RS 60.04Cr)

Bhama Askhed Jack Well Works:- Bhama Askhed Jack Well, Raw Water Pumping Station (450MLD), Pumping Main from Bhama Askhed dam for of 08 No’s (6W+2S), 22/6.6 Kv, 560 KW, along with VFD motors 8 No’s Transformers 700KVA .Providing, erecting, commissioning, testing of 22KVsupply feeder from 220KV/22KV MSETCL/MSEDCL substation to Head Works Total 17.3 km Length, followed By 5 Years O&M (Project cost – Rs. 73.43 crore).

Responsible for approving contractor’s drawings, supervision & erection & commissioning of all electrical substation & PLC/SCADA works. Electrical components include 22/6.6KV,8 KVA, 8 NOS Transformers 700KVA of 560KW motors, Circuit breakers, cables, capacitors, relays etc.
