As a Project Manager, I am ultimately responsible for identifying project goals and objectives, directing, managing and controlling project work, aligning it with strategy and delivering the project.

Ingrum Studio's LLC June 1991 – Present
As the CEO / President, my daily management and operation of Ingrum Studio LLC includes being Responsible for managing and coordinating activities and resources in a project life-cycle (initiation planning, executing /controlling and closing) in support of large-scale projects that are typically longer-term, and medium to high scope, impact, risk and complexity. Ingrum gathers project requirements; develops and maintains project documentation; tracks and reports project and budget status, identifies project/production issues and identifies resources to provide solutions or escalates to avoid project delays; schedules and coordinates problem reviews and follows up o assigned actions; arranges and /or group information, serves as point of contact for project information and updates.
Ingrum Studio prides itself as a leader in providing a comprehensive range of photographic/graphic art. Lois Ingrum, project management training has provided her opportunity to manage the installation of fine art and signage. A diverse client base includes St Louis Cardinal Ballpark, Fleishman Hilliard, Harmon Signs, Glass Signs, U.S. Department of Justice, Reebok, International LTD, Anheuser Busch, Monsanto Company and BET Publication Group.
Education
During the years between 1991 and 2003, Ingrum continued to acquire the academic and financial base necessary to support the formal establishment of her own studio. In 1993 Lois received her Associate of Arts degree at the St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley. In 1995 Lois completed leadership training for managers with Dale Carnegie. In 2001 Lois complete the Community Artist Training conducted by The St. Louis Regional Arts Commission and Webster University. She is a Graduate of University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. In 2004 she received certification in course of study in construction at Alberici University Training program. In 2005 she successfully completed the Construction Leadership Institute at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In 2006 she completed certification for Supply Chain Management from Saint Louis University. In 2007 she completed certification for Project Management from the Auburn University. In 2009 Lois received a certificate of completion of FastTrac Entrepreneurial Achievement Growth Venture Program. In 2010 she completes required Project Management continue education units at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Lois is presently a graduate of Walden University with a Master of Science in Education.
