ROLE AND RESPONSBILTY.

To Validate all Transaction with anomalies (With focus on abnormal transactions) using their images, Change the vehicle classification done by the TC on the image available for corresponding transaction.

To keep the documentation for all the exceptions noticed during validation such documentation shall include the screenshot of image screen etc. Prepare & submit the report on exceptional items to the management.

Inform to Technical department on time about faulty lane equipment’s observed during validation process to reduce the anomalies/discrepancies.

To provide revenue assurance to the Management.

Frisking of Toll staffs at the end of shift

Taking care of exemption and violation.

Control over misuse of tags by user & Toll Collectors.

Surprise checking, investigation whenever assigned by management as special task.

Maintain the Exemptions and Shortage & Excess of TC.

Daily shift wise verification/checking of CDS, Incident Report and Bleed off
