Analyze the problems by implementing fishbone diagram, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), Pareto chart were implemented. Applied SIPOC to detect the major factors contributed to the low basket value and amount of wastage. Implemented Kaizen and 5s principles to overcome with the problem at outlet. Improved Average Basket Value around 36.17% and reduce wastage on average25.79%.
Streamlining the Production Operations at Abbot Laboratories, SJSU: August -December 2016
The forecasting of four products done based on the best suitable method and production requirement was obtained.
Developed capacity planning and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to calculate required capacity, workforce and material. Scheduling was performed to calculate the production span of all production. Data Analysis of Student Alcohol Consumption January – March 2017
Found the significant attributes for the data frame and developed pruned model with the help of linear regression in R studio. Used ggplot 2 and boxplot packages for data visualization and found the co-relation of the attributes with each other.
Applied Decision Tree Analysis to show contribution of different categories for alcohol consumption during the weekdays and weekends.
