ACADEMIC PROJECT
Heating Load for Commercial Building August 2017-December 2017
Reviewing the building plans, built a comprehensive proposal for work to be performed. Then, HVAC load calculations are performed, equipment is selected, and the building mechanical drawings are generated calculating the heating load.
Micro Electro Chemical Machining January 2017-May 2017
As a team leader to explore the feasibility of microelectrochemical machining (MEM) for precision machining of SMA – Nitinol -To study the properties of SMA – Nitinol (MEM) after the machining.
ECM is ideally suited for the machining since this generates no heat.
Vehicle Entry Monitoring System, Using Lab-View January 2016-May 2016
The purpose of the project to design vehicle entering monitoring system using LabVIEW software. Effectively collaborated with the team to use this software for monitoring the entering cars into the parking lots, where we can regulate and control the overflow of the cars coming to the University Parking lots.
Design Optimization of LED Street Light August 2015-December 2015
As a team leader to design a street light with LED panels to increase the overall performance concerning manufacturing, variable cost, electricity consumption, and maintenance.
The goal of the project is to reduce manufacturing cost, electricity consumption, material used for the street light pole should resist all seasonal variations, and to provide maximumly illumines than a regular street light.
Bicycle Production, Using Arena Simulation August 2015-December 2015
The entire production process, including customization, can be done better using a discrete simulation software Arena. Our team adopted as our simulation software since it is a discrete event modeling
software for showing the behavior of a complex system and series of ordered events in almost any process.
Stress Analysis of Cylindrical Pressure Vessel with Various Enclosure August 2012
The problem of the elastic analysis of cylindrical pressure vessels with hemispherical, tori spherical and ellipsoidal heads, involving the partial differential equations for the classical theory of thin shells
Created pressure vessels with various end heads in CATIA. The meshing of the models has been done in Hyper Mesh. Preprocessing has been done in ANSYS and analyzed. Post processing has been done in ANSYS.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
LANSON TOYOTA (Internship) June 2016–July 2016
Applied Kaizen to organize the material flow to reduce the time and reduced scrap production by 7% by using Lean Management.
Decreased customer complaints by implementing test procedures on the floor to measure quality defects and ensure all product quality and all customer requirements were being attained.
Suggested modifications for individual projects to conform to timelines and coordinated meetings with third parties.
Jidoka - building quality into the production system and ensuring broken parts do not proceed to the next stage. Just in Time (JIT) - making only what is needed, when it is needed, and only as much as is needed.
Implementing the Toyota production system which increases quality and minimal waste.
AXIS GLOBAL AUTOMATION (Internship) Jan 2014 – June 2014
PLC Programming on 12 types of PLCs (KEYENCE, ABB, DELTA, OMRON, SCHNEIDER, FUJI, MITSUBISHI, MESSLING, AB, LG, HORNER) for various industrial clients.
System Installation supervision control panel installation.
Performing remote diagnosis, production control production scheduling and Data acquisition using SCADA
Motion programming of Arc welding ABB robot using two methods Lead through and offline programming
