I have a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Quality Assurance. I have multiple classes in mechanical engineering and in business administration. Through my studies of TQM I am familiar with KPI’s and the importance they have in the manufacturing atmosphere. I have used and implemented various KPI’s (i.e. analyses in scrap cost, failure cost, production and quality procedures). I have a high mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. I have work experience in starting up a production cell and product line. I have experience in creating and updating processes and SOP’s. I have experience with FAI’s, FAR’s, RMA’s and KPI’s. I have used and created technical documents for multiple purposes.
I am currently working as an Engineering Technician at Gowanda Electronics, designing, updating and creating the processes and procedures for their contactor and interrupter line.
