PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Currently employed as the Quality Engineer, ensuring 100% of quality matters are dealt with and maintained.

Fully automated the inspection processes with In-Spec software using Micro-Vu CMM’s. The information gathered automatically populates into SPC software, giving real time views of engineering processes and inspection standards, which has resulted in a 20% reduction in customer complaints in FY17 and an increased visual inspection time for the inspector.

Experienced with validations, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA’s as well as ISO and FDA quality regulations.

Project management role during the primary phases of the introduction of King Air 300 series aircraft into British military service.

Directed the implementation of the CAA Part 147 training courses needed to ensure all engineers were trained to regulatory standards. Engineers passing courses raised 35% per year until 120 personnel limit reached.

Formulated an online database for engineers to remotely view certification dates and certificates whilst in austere locations around the globe which drastically reduced the amount of lapsed or expired engineers in theater.

Attained NATO SECRET security clearances.

Ensured all aspects of engineering were planned and targets achieved to deliver serviceable aircraft to a demanding operational helicopter squadron supporting operations in Afghanistan.
