Title Loan Representative/Collections Specialist

After being a Legal Account Rep for 3 years, I was asked to take on the task of becoming the Title Loan Representative/Collections Specialist. I work with Customers when their title loans default to come up with payment arrangements that will enable them to maintain possession of their vehicle as well as making sure the company is paid in timely manner. I also work with Insurance Companies when the customers vehicle has been in an accident and deemed a Total Loss, I Provide them with 10 Letter of Guarantee when customer do business with other title loan companies and said company has agreed to pay off the customer’s debt with my company. I work closely with the Title Clerk when sending titles and Disclosures to DMV for processing of lien, I Maintain over 300 title loan accounts making sure to make contact with all customers. Part of my position is also skip tracing i.e. use of Experian, Accurint, BK Pacer, the Different county web sites such as Assessors/Property and or Marriage and other public web sites when information can be obtained. If unable to come to an amicable resolutions with my customers such as refusal to pay, or vehicle has been impounded, I provide the documentation and forms to the company attorney that will enables him to move forward with legal suit.
