2/17-present - Regional HR Mgr. – Responsibilities include all the above along with being responsible for all workers comp, OSHA regulations, unemployment, attending Safety Council meetings & attending workers comp. training classes. I also trained others to do drug testing and orientations. I am responsible for supplying corporate human resource department with all office personnel information. I track and maintain all benefits for employees such as PTO and insurances.
3/08-2/17 Regional HR Asst. – Responsibilities included accepting applications, check references and schedule orientation and completing orientations. I am responsible for supplying corporate human resource department with all office personnel information, I assemble and maintains personnel files, tracking personnel information including in-service and notifies employees, coordinating annual in-services, maintaining adequate orientation packets. I am responsible for summarizing office payroll for Administrator. I do drug testing and fingerprinting. I coordinate recruitment efforts including placing ads and job fairs when approved by the Administrator while under the direction of the Reg. HR Mgr.
5/05-3/08 – Staffing Coordinator – I was responsible for staffing home health aides and speaking with patients regarding schedules and complaints. I was responsible for calling case managers regarding schedules, complaints, etc. I also trained several other schedulers as they were hired in other branches.

As a teller, I was responsible for cashing checks, receiving deposits on personal and business accounts, collecting payments on accounts, balancing daily receipts, and balancing the vault and the ATM.
1994-1997 – Miami University Book Store - Sales Clerk
Responsibilities included, using a cash register, answering phones, stocking inventory, balancing the nightly receipts and closing the store.
1990-1992 - USPG – Accounts Payable Clerk
My responsibilities included filling out invoices to be paid, entering inventory into the computer, filing, and photo copying documents.
