Review drawings at an early stage and prepare RFI’s to ensure queries are sorted out prior to works commencing on site.

Review subcontract drawings prior to submittal to ensure technical compliance.

Communicate technical requirements of the works to Engineer/Foreman on site throughout the construction process.

Assist Project Manager with technical details and queries on such matters with the Consultant.

In conjunction with the Project Engineer, maintain regular discussions with the subcontractor’s site management, particularly in respect of technical matters, etc.

Provide leadership and direction to a team of CAD Operators involved in drafting Provide technical advice and guidance to team ensuring that critical or urgent situations are quickly addressed.

Supervise the preparation of proposal drawings, general arrangement drawings,

Communicate with Suppliers & Manufactures to prepare the detailed drawings.

Refer the Contract Documents & Study the B.O.Q,Specifications & Tender Drawings for prepare the Shop Drawing & Construction Drawings

Preparing N.O.C drawings for different Authorities assist to senior engineers, construction manager

& project manager

Preparing & checking shop drawings in world coordinate system as per construction drawings & specification. Coordinating with consulting engineers & surveyors in preparing General arrangement layout, section drawings & setting out detail for different type of disciplines (like Structural, Architectural, Irrigation works, Soft & Hard landscaping)

Also preparing quantity from drawings (like Concrete, Steel, Plants, Hardscape Materials, Pipes, Valves & Fittings) numbers, area, length, volume for preparing tender documents & monthly valuation for Q.S also planning engineer for prepare program.

Preparation of BBS.

Preparation of quantity for all drawings.

Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report

Preparing Drawing & Document Submittal

Preparing & Updating Drawing & Document Logs

Tracking the submittals and issue delay notice.
