Creates documents, reports and postings for retail store such as completing the retail donation activity summary sheets; verifying bank deposits and cash drawer amounts and communicating over/short reports to Accounting and LP as well as month-end closing procedures.

Assists with maintaining location’s working files including attendance controller, new hire paperwork, all onboarding procedures, time off requests and training acknowledgements.

Responsible for ensuring high levels of service and compliance with internal and external customers involved in the shipment of Calendar and Paperchase product for the Borders/Waldenbooks retail chain.

Daily staff planning based on volume processed and carrier ship schedule

oDepartment efficiency: 99.7 % accuracy per shift which allowed associates to keep earned bonuses

oDepartment Output Per Hour: 112.4 % during peak Christmas season and 98.8% during entire year which was an increase over prior years allowing associates to earn larger incentive bonuses while keeping the dept. under budget
