Responsible to design new exhaust header and conduct a study to maximize air flow through the intake manifold
Introduced a new system utilizing Excel to facilitate retrieving information of engine system components with the intention of simplifying and optimizing the process of getting correct parts
In charge of putting the engine on the dyno and making minor changes to the current set up. The software peMonitor was used to connect to the ECU and effectively tune the engine for competition.
In command of machining engine components such as engine bosses, exhaust header and air restrictor which included the usage of the Lathe, TrakMill and CNC machinery.
