Sources by LMC.
5. Dimensional check and characteristics accountability in the light of the Ballooned
Drawings and any NOR involved.
6.Entering the results into the Exostar LMP2P Website.
7.Attachements of documents and uploading of FAI in the portal.
8.Signing of all the pertinent documents and FAIs.

Safety Parts,sub-assemblies & assemblies and inspection of parts made from
Composite material as well.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Review of the Purchase Orders which states name, quantity and any specification mentioned and importantly the Revision Level.
2.Review of the detailed drawings and Supplier’s source controlled Drawings or expanded definition drawings which defines Quality Requirements, Performance Data or Interchangeability Requirements.
3.CATIA approved model drawings or Reduced dimensioned Drawings or any Mylar.
4.Review of FAI per AS9102 Forms 1,2 and 3 for Part Number Accountablity,Product and Characteristics Accountability.
To review that all the characteristics are accounted and the characteristic number match with the ballooned drawing and numerical data is entered.
5.Critical Characteristics and Flight Safety Dimensions are made on SA5193 Form for each Flight Part.
6.To make it certain that the Frozen Planning of the Prime Supplier and the Sub-Tier are approved and kept on file.
7.To check that the Special Processors are approved sources and Techniques of the Special Process are approved as well. Always to check the ASL list prior to acceptance and signing of the special process Certificates.
8.Dimensional check of the close Tolerance Numbers from the drawings using calibrated MOI.
9.Data entry in the Web Portal per the instructions provided.
10.Full knowledge of SSQS Portal and other aspects to upload the documents or attachments.
11.Creation of Inspection Order (I/O) if required or authorized.
12.Fully understand how the system works to meet the Requirements of ASQR-01 and SAE 9100 and finally to issuance of the ATS Number.
13.Source Inspection at various locations in the Tri State Area NY,PENN and CT within a radius of 200 Miles routinely.
14.Under gone tremendous amount of Training in the Field and in the House.

a) Liquid Dye Penetrant for surface cracks using either red dye or fluorescent dye.
b) NDT by magnetic particle inspection by dry or wet process per ASTM E 1444 of
Ferrous Metal or per ASTM E 125 on castings.

Applied and inspected per Mil-PRF-46010 on hardwares and applied on the
outer surfaces of parts or internal surfaces unless otherwise specified.
This served corrosion inhibiting and light lubrication.
