Work closely with account managers to schedule client on-site and telephone/Skype interviews, sending Outlook calendar invites.
Qualifying and Pre-Screening Candidates, Conduct candidate interview preparation, post interview debriefs, salary/hourly pay rate negotiation, closing the candidate, processing on boarding/new hire paperwork, expediting background check and setting up first day orientation.
Experience in bench management, Experience with Onshore – offshore teams.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Resource team on H1-B, L1, TN and EAD related visa issues and situations such as Corp-to-Corp, 1099 and W2
Negotiating pay rates with direct W-2, 1099 vendor consultants and Corp to Corp, while continuously keeping fair market value, profit margins and client bill rate in mind.
Effectively manage high volume requisitions: schedule interviews, phone screens
Tracks recruiting activities and providing candidates status in a weekly report
Following consistent process and best practices for selecting highest quality candidates.
