●Wrote study protocol and information/consent documents, and obtained ethical approval from NHS research authority.
●Working with Consultants at Great Ormond Street Hospital, identified suitable patients and consented them.
●Performed all sample and data analyses, written up and presented as Doctoral Thesis.
Communications/Teaching
●Presented a poster at 2014 international Paediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease (PiBD) conference in Rotterdam. Awarded the John Lipscombe Memorial Travel Award to fund this.
●Attended the NIHR Infrastructure Experimental Medicine Research training camp. Attended workshops on producing and presenting research proposals in a multi-disciplinary team.
