Worked with product manager and chemist to review test requirements, test results and maintain a process to update sales and marketing to ensure they are prepared with the necessary products to increase sales compared to last year's sales.

Developing new products, testing and reviewing existing formulations.

Evaluate various metal substrates tubing, conduit, rebar, pipe and flat steel prior to coating via stress (flex). (Including cooper, aluminum and steel)

Maintaining environmental chamber (moisture control) for dry chemicals and other raw materials.

Process formulations thru R&D pilot line (extruder, grinder) evaluate product physical properties.

Prepare substrate to required specifications blast profile, acid rinse, applying coating to required preheat temp, film build.

Provide training and support to less experienced lab technicians.

Spec and post cure requirements.

Preform all testing as required on projects, update chemist throughout process and document all results.

Maintain a clean and orderly lab, maintain lab supply’s and raw material inventories, follow all PPE and safety requirements.

Follow all ISO testing, Safety and PPE procedures.
