The Lusaka Hotel is a centrally located hotel situated right in the middle of Lusaka city. It has 77 rooms,3 conference rooms, Two restaurants and one bar.

The Central stores is part of the Lusaka Hotel whose duties are to handle food and beverage suppliers. In addition central stores also handles the issuing of foods and beverages to departments and other companies that are in the hotel industry. Foods and beverages supplied are mainly meats and Soft drinks. My duties are handling the Lusaka hotel central stores books of accounts which include:

Kaingo Hospitality Limited is an organisation that runs lodges and restaurants around Lusaka. Some of the restaurants that have been successfully run by this organisation include The ZCAS restaurant, the Zesco head office restaurants and the Bank of Zambia head office restaurants. I was the head of the Accounts Department. Duties and responsibilities included:
