JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Handled full cycle of recruitment (Preparing Job descriptions till on boarding) in partnership with HR business partners and recruitment manager for different functional areas.
Drafted job description in consultation with hiring manager, supported assessment of received resumes to find best fit for the positions.
Delivered strategic sourcing through innovative and proactive sourcing methodologies to attract both active and passive candidates and created a talent pipeline.
