Served as logistics manager of the Reynold’s facility for a $2.5B global company recognized as the leading provider of the household brands Reynolds and Hefty including manufacturing Hefty trash bags, Cinch-Sak kitchen trash bags, and the food Slider Bag.

Directed 3 distribution centers totaling 560K-square feet, with 2 distribution centers storing raw materials with 20K pallet positions. Headed the finished goods distribution center with 320K-square feet, 7,400 bin locations, 42K+ pallet positions, and supported mostly by drive-in racking.

Led annual P&L responsibility with a $5.7M operating budget and $8M transportation budget, while focusing on zero profit erosion.
