While working at B & H Manufacturing I gained considerable experience with ASME Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerancing. I was responsible for detailed fabrication drawings of precision high speed labeling machinery and assisted in writing the machine operation manual. At Pacific Southwest Container I have continued to develop my leadership and teamwork skills by taking charge of the company's preventative maintenance (PM) program. I had the opportunity to design and implement the Thermal Imaging Inspection program for the maintenance department, and was responsible for documenting all machine safety hazards for the newly formulated Lock-out/Tag-out program.
