Voyager Plant Optimization (VPO) Technician
Ran a 5S project in the operations department to organize and set inventory min/ max for all items needed while improving and maintaining housekeeping standards. Ordered and ensured all supplies needed were staged for 200+ operations employees.
Perform shipping, receiving and inventory management through SAP system to regulate all parts for the plant.
Responsible for driving improvement in the plant through utilization of Lean and Six Sigma Manufacturing concepts using Voyager Plant Optimization (InBev’s management operating system).
