The source data interactions consisted of database fetches. The data was then processed and massaged according to the business rules using ETL Informatica Tool. Finally, the prepared data was pushed to “Oracle On Demand” CRM via WSDL calls. The Informatica Tool acted as an integration hub and tool for Oracle On Demand from different source systems of CRM like Product, Territory, User, Account, Contact etc. Informatica DT/DX was also used to generate data exacts of different formats to feed various internal and external systems. The files will be sent to different vendors using MFT component.
