1- Line 2.1 Cold end conveyor system at Kandil Glass Factory. (March 2014 – June 2014), Project Budget: 600,000 (EGP).
• Mechanical Design for the conveyor system as a mechanical design engineer.
• Manufacturing the mechanical parts of the projects in external workshops.
• Responsible about assembling parts with my technician work team.
• Installation of the line and running.
2- Line 2.5 Cold end conveyor system at Kandil Glass Factory. (October 2014 – February 2015), Project Budget: 800,000 (EGP).
3- Line 2.2 Cold end conveyor system at Kandil Glass Factory. (June 2016 – October 2016), Project Budget: 300,000 (EGP).
4- Line 2.4 Cold end conveyor system at Kandil Glass Factory. (January 2017 – March 2017), Project Budget: 300,000 (EGP).
5- The use of palm fronds in the parquet industry (May 2009 to November 2010) as researcher trying to enlarge the value of palm fronds in Egypt, it was my idea to convert the palm fronds into parquet; the idea comes when I see bamboo parquet and compare between palm fronds and bamboo in its properties. I was responsible for: - Design the required machines for the project. - Study the palm frond properties. - Mechanical testing and comparing between palm fronds and the other types of wood. - Find an appropriate manufacturing ways to convert palm fronds into parquet.
