Project Manager for various design and construction projects for high pressure natural gas transmission pipeline and facilities. Projects (ranging from $200K to 2 millions) include DOT road expansion relocation of Gas pipeline (including river crossing) in the state of IL, Iowa. Redesign the existing meter station with higher pressure upgrade.

Developed business plan and management strategy through analysis and evaluated the economic potential of projects (ranging from 20–500millions), including E&P(exploration & production), LPG(liquid petroleum gas), Electric Power, LNG/IPP(liquid natural gas/independent power producer), IPP, Gas Transmission and Storage, and LDC(local distribution center) facilities in Asia. Negotiate in Asia for Coastal of equity, operations, construction, design and manufacturing, and engineering consultant or joint venture positions. Worked closely with the corporate financing and legal groups for project structure, finance requirements, and primary legal document preparation.

Project development for the conversion of depleted oil, gas, and salt cavern reservoirs to seasonal or peak service gas storage, for both domestic and international. 1992 - 1995 Facility Planning Engineer: Algonquin Gas Transmission, Boston, MA (A subsidiary of Duke Energy Corp.)

Developed an estimate tool using the historical data to forecast the New Natural Gas pipeline expansion project cost. Parametrically evaluated transient flow simulation results with many alternatives due to FERC filing, Land, regulatory, etc. Using operating data to verify decision, improve gas control operation, sizing/select compressor(R/T) or pipe loop.

Designed and marketed a breakthrough database searchable disk for Standard and Poor Register,
