Key contributor in Actavis Business integration into Teva Oracle ERP. Developing a fully automated solution using EDI in the areas of O2C (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to pay) processes. Define all processes, interfaces and create Functional Specifications for Developers, all testing, training docs and training users. PM resigned project 4 months prior to go live. I stepped up to ensure successful go live.

Studied the business mix of two Toronto plants and identified $6,500,000 in sales for transfer due to increased utilization and improved profitability.
