Senior human resources leader for Global Field Operations providing strategic partnership and tactical human resources support for global operations. Managed 7 staff.

Led assessment of key leaders and critical talent as well as identification of ‘single points of failure’ and put action plans in place to mitigate business risk.

Co-led labor relations negotiations, resulting in reduction of time to come to contract agreement to 6 month from previous 14 months minimizing risk of employees going on strike.

Executed strategic workforce plans and delivered the full range of human resources programs (performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, etc.) which enabled the business to exceed performance goals by 12%.

Designed and presented global mobility strategy to executive team requesting and gaining approval for an additional $2 million to mitigate business risk of $10 million dollars.
