Senior human resources leader for Global Field Operations providing strategic partnership and tactical human resources support for global operations. Managed 7 staff.

Led assessment of key leaders and critical talent as well as identification of ‘single points of failure’ and put action plans in place to mitigate business risk.

Co-led labor relations negotiations, resulting in reduction of time to come to contract agreement to 6 month from previous 14 months minimizing risk of employees going on strike.
