Consolidated Cellular, M arysville Store Manager After training I was hired to work in the corporate office, because the VP like my integrity and professionalism. I worked on the sales floor and assisted the VP with company wide collections. After 8 months of steady growth I was offered a management position. I hired and trained my employee. After 8 months we had doubled the stores sales. I successfully managed all aspects of this retail location including, inventory, displays, customer resolutions, account maintenance, sales, and cash. Anderson Appliance, Mount Vernon C ustomer Service This was a temporary position, but my hard work (organizing thousands of parts) impressed the manager and I was hired as a customer service representative in the service department. I took incoming calls, set up service appointments, created work orders and scheduled the technicians. I filled in for the parts department researching and ordering parts. I found ways to make the service processes more streamlined, more profitable, better organized, and easier to manage (which is one of my strong points). For example, I created a new way to send parts out on work orders, track the ones that had not been used and send those ones back, which saved the company money. I received much appreciation for going the extra mile with this company.
