PROJECTS / CLIENT FACING / ON-SITE CLIENT SUPPORT
Danone
(Sept-2016 to Present)
Danone, a world leading food company is currently the largest and longest project that GXS/OpenText. The project has been transitioned to me and the task for me as the lead analyst of the project is to ensure timeline is met on time considering the large delay on timeline and put the number of issues reported on lowest that in can reach.
Henkel
(Feb-2016 to Apr-2016)
Henkel, a German chemical and consumer goods company is one of the oldest and biggest clients of GXS/OpenText. Since 2015, Henkel project is already doing migration of their current EDI solutions to a whole new level with the latest offerings of GXS/OpenText of their new products which were divided into phases. Phase 3 of the said project has been assigned to me with a very critical situation where the client may lose millions of Euros if not implemented on time. The criticality of the situation is due to the very limited resources, very short timeline, and lots of maps to migrate. However in spite of the very critical situation, the project still manages to go-live on time. Management has given me an award and commendations due to the success for meeting the timeline with a low number of production issues which were also cleared within a day to avoid impact on the business.
Schneider
(Oct-2014 to SEPT-2015)
Schneider Electric is the largest retail client with the most complex requirements handled by Opentext. The complexity of the mapping requirements came from the current EDI solutions which require 2 step translation to complete 1 transaction translation. In line with this (excluding other requirements), all standard solutions need to be overridden with special processing. I led the implementation of the new solutions and designed the overall process flow with close coordination with developers and integrators. This project was regarded as the biggest client with largest scope but very few Production issues encountered in Go-Live.
I was assigned on-site in UK to provide Hyper care support and ensure success of the migration of this project to MS Environment via Application Integrator (AI).
As a result, a remarkable global Excellence award has been given to me along with different commendations for exemplifying excellent performance, collaboration, and innovative ideas shown and implemented to make the migration be successful ( See Appendix B)
Kautex
(NOV-2013 to Feb-2014)
Kautex is one of the biggest automotive clients of GXS/OpenText. I was assigned as the lead analyst for Kautex Germany which requires on-site participation of the global solutions held in Hennef and Bonn Germany. The on-site task is basically to collaborate to the whole Kautex Gemany project team and provide solutions as an analyst and as a developer while the project is on UAT and Prod stabilization period. Moreover, I received an award exemplifying excellence on the overall success of the project (See Appendix C)
Rexel
(Mar-2012 to June-2013)
Rexel Electronics (France) is one of the biggest migration projects to GXS Managed Services (MS) via Application Integrator (AI) from their old EDI solutions. I was the lead analyst and took ownership in implementing new solutions in their whole new environment. The overall success of migration led to signing new contract to migrate Rexel solution to other countries like Rexel Germany (2012), Rexel Netherlands (2013), and Rexel Belgium (2017). Moreover, I received an award exemplifying excellence on the overall success of the Migration (See Appendix D)
Renesas
(May-2011 to Jan-2012)
Renesas Electronics, A company located in Japan is the first project I handled when I joined GXS, which later requested my onsite service as an immediate support analyst during production stabilization period. Being in the client site, I was tasked to ensure that all production issues were resolved right the first time as this may impact business financial standings. I became the project SME, Lead Analyst, and Developer for quick fixes.
