Client : Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) - Pune

Client Description:
Our client is India’s largest pump manufacturer with capacity of 18 MTPA. The company is headquartered in Pune, India.
Project Description:
This project involved implementation of major SAP SuccessFactors modules such as EC, PMGM, RCM, ONB and LMS for various locations.
Responsibilities:
As a SuccessFactors EC, PMGM, and RCM Consultant, I have participated in implementing these modules and lead a team of 4 SuccessFactors Consultant.
Gathered customer requirement by sharing the Configuration Workbook (CWB) with them and assisted in simplified understanding of the same.
Designed various performance templates, rating scales, route maps based on various approval systems and divisions within the organization. Designed and configured Calibration and 360 Reviews end-to-end in sync with the system.
Configured all 4 EC data models as per the CWB shared by the client along with Custom MDFs, if any required by them. Also, configured standard business rules and workflow on specific event reasons to trigger. Configured Time Off and Benefits as per client’s legacy system and mapped the same in EC system.
Configured Job Requisition, Application, Candidate Profile and Offer Detail templates as per best practice and client’s requirement. Configured and implemented end to end Recruitment cycle from Job Requisition creation to Offer Letter generation.
Followed SuccessFactors best practice for all Data Upload activity and handled Role Based Permission (RBP) for all the modules. Configured Jam, Theme Management and V12 Home Page with valuable inputs and discussion from client’s branding management team.
Created various reports for customers using different report designer tools like Ad Hoc report and dashboards in Dashboards 2.0. Handled all backend changes with the use of internal tool (Provisioning)
Arranged and executed client end user training and gave post go-live support.
