Quorum receives this data from the vendor Markit (now IHS-Markit) and their product SOLA. Markit is a consolidator for the Index and ETF data it receives from various providers of the data such as S&P, MSCI, NASDAQ, DBIQ etc. Once the data received from the providers is consolidated, Markit pushes this data into their distribution layer which will be picked up their DDM process hosted by Quorum using their Web Services API into their data structures hosted in Quorum database. This data will be then processed into a set of de-normalized tables which forms the Index Data marts.
