Responsible of two quality assurance laboratories, food and beverage and plastic blowing.

Supervision of fourteen employees in the quality area and eighteen in the production area.

Record, inspection and test data such as weights,

temperatures, grades and quantities.

Monitor of production operations for compliance with specifications and promptly report defects.

Collect samples during production and teste randomly to determine in-process product quality.

Present clear, organize data in graphs, charts, tables and written reports.

Identify and help resolve non-conforming product issues. Maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Perform preliminary, in progress, hidden damage and final product inspections.

Record defects and coordinated issue resolution with development team and functional leads.

Adjust production schedule with the sanitation procedures. Prepare work and production schedules.

Responsible of all sanitation process. (CIP)

Responsible of the treatment water plant.

Responsible for purchasing supplies.
