I have experience in many aspects of office administration. I am very familiar with all office machines and office practices. My typing skills range from 45-60 wpm and am familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel, Quickbooks and Office 365 and send emails as correspondence. I can type documents, letters, order stock and office supplies, data enter merchandise, as well as order inventory as well as keep track of incoming merchandise. I can handle multiple phone lines, assist clients in answering questions, or direct them to the appropriate department or personnel. I am very reliable, I work well independently as well as with a team, a self-starter, and I can easily adapt to any office environment as well as learn new positions and procedures quickly.

While working at Gravina's I was in charge of the landscape department, dealing directly with customers and clients, scheduling appointments, and itineraries which kept the landscapers on schedule. As part of the team, I would provide excellent client and customer service and provide first-rate administrative support and organization to your firm.
