Project Name: Establishment Service Payables

Overview: The Establishment Services Payables (ESP) application is the primary mainframe system for processing settlements to Service Establishments (SEs/Merchants) in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Canada. Settlements are also made to U.S. External Sales Agents (ESAs), who receive compensation for acquiring new SEs. Primary data integrity and control is provided through automated balancing which occurs throughout the application job-stream.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading a project team in delivering solution to the customer.

Deliver new and complex high quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements

Responsible for managing scope, planning, tracking, change control, aspects of the project.

Overview: Cyberlife is a Policy Administration system that contains AXA/MONY Life and Annuity policies issued from November 1998 to present. It includes the Life cycle of the policy from Underwriting to becoming inforce. Cyberlife runs on MONY’s standard IBM mainframe platform, which is located in Leonia New Jersey. IT Technical Services are in Syracuse, New York and Leonia, New Jersey.

The project is to provide production support and to ensure the smooth functioning of the existing mainframe applications and maintenance of the applications including bug fixing. AXA Financial has acquired MONY and CSC AXA through onsite-offshore model engagement in carrying out the ITO support and other services, which is detailed in the sub-contract.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the production cycles and monitors them for successful completion
