Overview of Responsibilities:

As a lead BSA, I was responsible for managing a large team of analyst, developers, testers, media and engineers, and drove delivery of small/medium/large modules within a project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing/Deployment)

Gathered business and stakeholder level (IT and Operations) requirements and managed various projects using techniques such as JAD, JAR, JRP, RDAW, mock-ups, walk-through, brainstorming, document analysis, interface analysis, data management, database support, conduct workshops, conduct gap analysis, interviews and observation; Developed business requirements documents (BRD)
